**PURPOSE**

We are looking for a high-performance business management function to help us meet revenue growth targets in Nippon Express Singapore.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand and conduct based on corporate / management's mission, vision & value and share and infiltrate to the staffs and colleagues
- Enforce system, policies, procedure, and standard in the department
- Plan and manage manpower for the section. Pay attention to the staffs and mentor, train, motivate and lead staff with good organizational skills.
- Analyse data and make decision based on the results and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Achieve the new airfreight businesses to expand our customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Establish strong network with customers, government agencies and community organization with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Services of airfreight forwarding, international multimodal transport and other accompanied services
- Liaison and arrangements with global forwarding planning division, ocean freight, removal, corporate office divisions and related entities of overseas group related with above services
- Proceeding above services and operations in Nippon Express Singapore.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Technical Skills and Prior Experience
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in air cargo business.
- Have sufficient knowledge and experience working in Logistic company is preferred.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has methodical and logical way of thinking and behaviour.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, team player and customer service skills required.
- Possess attributes of respectfulness, honesty, integrity and flexibility.
- Have ability to cope with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
