The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing activity that promotes our global brand and underlies our revenue goals.

**Your key areas of responsibility will be**:
**Social Media**
- Develop and manage B&H Worldwide’s social media presence using creative and compelling content
- Run regular social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook to promote brand and awareness
- Manage B&H Worldwide’s corporate social media accounts ensuring up-to-date copy/images.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of social media trends/development
- Work with our regional management teams to promote their services/activity
- Multimedia marketing tools (video, survey etc)

**Website Management**
- Utilise and enhance B&H’s Worldwide website to gain effective exposure and interest in our services
- Maximise the website in terms of interaction and business enquiry
- Provide website support; update content; monitor the website; ensure all pages are relevant and up-to-date.

**Branding, design, and production**
- Acting as brand guardian and ensuring all B&H Worldwide branded items fit the guidelines - signage; vehicle livery; marketing collateral.
- Working with internal support to source and supply branded items and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all marketing communications materials.

**Exhibition and Event Management**
- Create a global event calendar (sponsorship, customer events, partner events,
- Organise trade shows and peripheral marketing activity
- Customer interaction days
- Partner forums

**Press Releases**
- Working with B&H Worldwide’s global team to source ideas/content for press releases; briefing ideas to company’s PR agency and progressing through editing and approval to release.
- Managing EIN Presswire subscription and Mailchimp

**Communications**
- Overseeing external and internal communications

**Brand Recognition**
- Organise company attendance at award ceremonies.

**Projects and Strategy**
- Define a clear marketing strategy for the group
- Work with the global team to develop ad-hoc promotional material for exhibitions, customer & staff events, give-aways (mugs, pens, note pads, etc), one-off brochure design, etc.
- Launch of new services
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Performance measurement and accountability of marketing activity

**Copywriting**
- Drafting copy for ad-hoc brochures, factsheets; provide support with RFP/RFQ/RFI proposals; and other relevant communications.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree Calibre or equivalent
- Marketing experience ideally within the freight field
