The Logistics Manager manages key client projects under the SJ Defence organization and is responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and scope. Key responsibilities include: Oversee and supervise daily meetings with project teams and clients Forecast, plan, and schedule manpower to fulfill project requirements Ensure quality of service to clients Develop and implement corrective actions on audit findings Onboard and induct new staff Familiarize and orient new staff if necessary Assess and implement risk control measures for sites Prepare monthly progress reports and perform regular work status updates Report and investigate incidents/accidents Oversee overall office administration and manage SJD client meetings Manage warehouse operation and inventory Lead and manage a team of supervisors and project team Generate and submit reports for analysis Provide monthly management reports in the required format as per Authority Key requirements: Security clearance up to CAT 2A Minimum ITE certification or equivalent, accepted by the Authority Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Medically fit to perform the functions stated in the scope of work Preferred: at least three years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, with knowledge of stock management and experience using Procurement IT Systems (e.g., SAP)Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Professional Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SJ Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
