**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality **production support**service to business stakeholders.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, problems, and user queries.
- Manage communication for **major incidents, SLA breaches, and logistics issues**, ensuring timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Drive **technical remediation**aligned with agreed non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to **process improvements and automation**for service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with essential IT processes and standards.
- Provide coaching within the team to uplift technical and business knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with **L1, L3 support, and development teams**to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and share **knowledge management best practices**.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in **Banking IT production support**.
- L2 / L3 support experience in a **mission-critical environment**.
- Strong knowledge of **ITIL methodology**.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under multiple deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Essential Technical Skills**:

- 5+ years with **Distributed Technologies**- Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Unix, Oracle, MQ.
- Strong production support experience with **Microsoft Dynamics CRM**.
- Proficiency in **Control-M batch issues, SSIS packages**.
- Hands-on scripting**:Unix Shell, Windows batch, or other scripting languages**.
- Strong debugging and database query skills.
- Knowledge in **DR & BCP execution**.
- Experience with Middleware (MQ), BMC, Control-M, and Remedy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with process orientation.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
