**Job Title: Application Support Analyst**

**Salary Range: SGD3,000- SGD4,500**

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical analysis and customer support for technical issues and change requirements. Your role will involve developing system enhancements, rectifying technical issues using SQL Server and ASP.NET based on customer requirements, and driving continual improvement of support practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical analysis and customer support on technical issues and change requirements.
- Based on customer requirements, develop system enhancements and rectify technical issues using SQL Server and ASP.NET.
- Respond positively to change requirements and drive continual improvement of support practices.
- Take ownership and drive effective closure to complex or escalated technical issues.
- Ensure codes are complying with standards.
- Design and perform test scenarios for software usability.
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Familiar with development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Drupal, Native React.
- Familiar with database technologies such as SQL Server, MariaDB, MySQL.
- Project Management certification.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Asana, JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Freshservice.
- Able to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform independently and interface with customers or team players.
- Pleasant personality, with excellent interpersonal and prioritizing skills.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.**
