We are a well-established enrichment centre looking for a **reliable and proactive HR Operations Support Staff / Assistant Manager** to join our growing team. If you thrive in a people-centric role and enjoy a dynamic working environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate interview scheduling and trial lesson arrangements
- Manage and update teacher timetables and HR records
- Support general administrative and centre operations
- Oversee online lesson enquiries, enrolments, and sales processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles (education sector preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
