- As part of the Human Resource & Corporate Communications team, you will support the Compensation and Benefits function to drive a high-performing and future-ready workforce for PSA Marine and its group of companies.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Support in annual compensation exercises (bonuses, increments, promotions, AWS, special payments);
- Conduct salary benchmarking for marine-specific roles to ensure that total rewards remain competitive;
- Partner with HR Industrial Relations function to track and analyze the competitiveness and relevance of the incentive schemes;
- Administer and manage benefits programs (leave, flexible benefits, medical, insurances);
- Guide line managers and employees on performance review processes;
- Partner with HR Industrial Relations function to advise line managers on performance evaluation and discussions;
- Consolidate documents pertaining to performance feedback and reviews used during performance management activities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records/storage and confidentiality of documentation; and
- Review and update performance management and compensation policies to ensure fairness, compliance, and alignment with employment laws and guidelines (e.g., Progressive Wage Model).

**Exit Clearance**
- Execute exit clearance procedures in line with employment laws, tripartite guidelines and advisories; and
- Consolidate and analyze exit interview data to identify improvement areas and mitigation strategies.

You will be rotated across other HR and Corporate Communications functions to broaden your skillset and contribute to wider organisational goals. Areas include:

**Job Requirement**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in HR, Business Administration/Management or a related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Compensation and Benefits;
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, HR best practices and trends;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team;
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Word);
- Detail-oriented and skilled in handling large data sets; and
