Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Job Scope:
- Process gifts based on standardised guidelines, update & track gifts received, gift documentation and updating of records.
- Monitor and promptly attend to queries received through email.
- E-filing of official gift receipts.
- Initiate and track preparation of thank-you letters including drafting templated letters to thank donors in a timely manner.
- Update and manage donor and gift information in the CRM/database.
- Uphold data hygiene standards and generate routine reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Update giving pages and related web content to ensure accuracy and donor-friendliness.
- Collaborate with designers/vendors to improve user experience and conversion.
- Apply basic content and design best practices to support fundraising goals.
- Provide support to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
- Oversee administrative duties and logistical support for events.
- Printing, inserting, labelling and mailing of documents to students and donors.
- Handle procurement and processing of invoices.
- Record and compile changes in donors' mailing and email addresses, to maintain an updated donors', contact database.
- Office management duties e.g. printing and scanning documents, mailing and courier service (documents and books) as well as other ad-hoc duties for the smooth operation of the Department.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Basic understanding of web content management and/or simple design tools is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
