**Key Responsibilities**
- Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
- Assist in inter-department (eg production, purchasing, shipping, etc) coordination of Sales Orders.
- Assist in liaising with customers with regards to the Sales Orders.
- Upload, periodically maintain and update all Sales Order documents.
- Compile and generate reports.
- Preparation of cost statements.
- Support shop weekly operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
