**Position Summary**:
The Presales Engineer will be responsible for developing comprehensive solutions across various projects, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and serving as a bridge between business needs and the solutions provided by our technical teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
- Develop architectural designs for complex projects across various platforms and technologies.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or customization.
- Create and present solution architecture documentation and diagrams to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure the solution is built as designed.
- Research and integrate new technologies into company offerings where appropriate.

**Required Education/Experience**:

- Open to fresh graduate with technology related educational background. Preferably 1 to 3 years of presales experience within the audio-visual industry
