The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and works with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan. The COO is a key member of the executive team and oversees all aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, technology, and operations. In addition, supporting the CEO & various business leaders where necessary to improve strategic business development/expansion and ensures that all departments are working effectively together to achieve common goals.

**Job Requirement**:

- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Possess strong business background and experience in managing a wide range of operational functions
- Must be able to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective solutions
- Must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build relationships with the team and our shareholder
- Must have a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Review & analyse the operations data & performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations

**Additional Preferred Skills**:

- Fundraising experience
- Experience in Beauty & Aesthetic industry
- International business experience
