**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to users
- Assist users with hardware and software installations
- Provide VIP support
- Liaise with external support vendors for issues relating to IT Infrastructure or external vendors that deliver solutions relating to the core IT operating environment. Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 and other cloud technology usage and support.
- Ensure IT incidents are dealt with and logged in the defined service desk tool, tracked through to resolution and where possible implement steps to prevent re-occurrence.

- Participate in local and regional projects when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in providing EUC support, preferably in financial / insurance industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operation Systems
- Flexibility to extended hours or modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations and be on rotation standby on-call support.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable ability to manage work within a changing environment.
