Our client, a Japanese Financial Service company, currently looking for a HR Planning Manager. This regional role's main responsibility is to plan, take initiatives and implementing regional and global tasks such as playing an active role as a task force member to enhance Global HR projects with members of other group companies.

Reporting to: Head of Department of HR/ Admin/ Accounting Group

【What you will be working on】
1. Promote Global HR projects within RHQ and the group companies
- Participate in Global HR projects as a task force member and take initiative in the establishment and implementation of the policy and scheme for Global Mobility, Job posting, Global Employee Value Proposition together with members in Japan Headquarters and other group companies.
- Support in international assignments and working with Japan Headquarters and group companies to review international assignments compensation and benefits, coordinating relocation activities and contracts preparation.
- Check tax and legal aspects of global projects with experts

2. The development of human talents in RHQ
- Validating remuneration and compensation scheme of our group companies’ executives and reporting to Japan Headquarter by gathering salary benchmarking data and compensation reviews.
- Succession planning and recruitment of executives for our group companies and new markets.
- Planning Talent development programs for employees.

3. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
- To spread the Group's initiatives (vision, social contribution, etc.) to employees
- Planning initiatives to improve the score of Engagement survey.
- Promotion of Work-Style Reform including to plan office renovation.

4. Others relating to HR specifically assigned from the management
- To carry out HR strategic tasks specifically assigned from the management.

Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree with professional HR qualifications
- At least 5 years prior supervisory experience in the field of Human Resources or Planning corporate culture and employee engagement.
- HR experience in the insurance industry, especially in regional headquarter is desirable.
- Experience in regional compensation and benefits in the APAC region is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Towers Watson or Mercer Salary benchmarking methodology is preferred
- Strategic planning skill & project management skill
- Presentation skill (include creating Power point materials, etc.)
- Possesses strong communication, leadership, and people skills
- Responsible and able to manage time and deadlines well
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
