We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated and _rapidly expanding_ **Global** team for an _experienced_ **Immigration** **Administrator, APAC **to work with us on a full time, permanent basis. Our **Immigration Administrator, APAC** is responsible for supporting the _administrative needs_ of the Global Team's APAC practice group. The role _supports_ the inbound processing of APAC immigration matters for Envoy clients.
- Please note - this role is based in Singapore, or Malaysia (working remotely, from home) with a fantastic, clever, dedicated team_

**As our Singapore Case Administrator, you will be required to**:

- Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
- Collaborate and work closely with Global Case Managers on various aspects of work authorization and other APAC immigration matters
- Utilization of case management system with accuracy in real time
- Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols
- Excellent ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant administrative tasks associated with cases
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Strong ability to remain proactive and resourceful when it comes to meeting clients' needs
- Timely and effective ability to adapt to changing immigration regulations and company policies, as instructed by colleagues and management
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Willingness to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and self-sufficiency
- Strong desire to learn and excel in dynamic growing practice
- A sincere passion for supporting a team of APAC Immigration Case Managers with administrative tasks in order to positively impact the lives of Envoy's clients
- 2+ year(s) of administrative experience preferably within the field of APAC Immigration Law (covering as many countries within this Region as possible)
