**Job Title: HR Administrator**

**ROLE**
Kennedys is looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based in Singapore. The successful HR Administrator will support the day-to-day management of HR operations and will work closely with the colleagues in APAC and the UK to deliver the global HR strategy and functions.
**TEAM**
Kennedys Singapore HR team supports the firm with all people related matters. The current team in Singapore consists of one Senior HR Manager and a HR Executive. We have HR presence in APAC as well as a large team based in the UK and the US.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer new joiner's onboarding and leaver's offboarding processes including the relevant paperwork, system accesses and setting up new hire orientations.
- Maintain and update HR Information System (HRIS) effectively, ensuring global consistency and accuracy are maintained.
- Responsible for managing and running the monthly payroll via Payroll system for Singapore office and ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll matters and statutory payments/contributions.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of local HR laws and practices, and ensure compliance with all local legal and immigration requirements.
- Attend to general HR paperwork, queries and ad-hoc administrative matters.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**- Possess 1-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services sector
- Excellent work ethic and customer service focus with integrity in all areas of work responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with all levels
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Team player who is highly motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, internet and database management
- Familiar with regulatory and immigration guidance and regulations
