JD:
To support the day-to-day administrative activities of HR Department
Support the HR Department in all HR-related matters such as records maintenance, documents/letters preparation, reports & presentation preparation and purchasing & invoicing processing.
Administer benefits and claims.
Support the HR Helpdesk to resolve employees queries/ requests.
Support the team with HR Communication portal updates.
Handle training administration and logistics coordination for courses.
Perform training administration duties
Assist in organising of employee engagement activities.
Manage travel arrangement for the department
Any other ad-hoc projects and office administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in relevant field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
Solid organisation skills and meticulous
Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Matured and independent team player, self-motivated and creative with problem-solving skill
Familiar with HR functions and knowledge of SAP or Workday will be an advantage
