HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform accurate and timely data entries of the onboarding/offboarding administration
- Support MOM related work passes administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR matters in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel file documentation
- Maintain the data integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
- Provide clerical and administrative supports to the HR Shared Services team
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR Management or related discipline with 2-3 years of HR generalist experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour/employment laws and regulations
- Multi-tasking, resourceful and good team player in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Advance Excel and Word
