**Location**: 7 JURONG PIER, SINGAPORE 619159

**HR Administrator**

Responsible in providing day-to-day HR and Administrative support. Organise staff engagement activities to build a strong company culture.

**Specific Responsibilities**

1. Perform onboarding and offboarding arrangement such as recruitment, employment contract preparation, orientation schedule, requiring of laptop for new hire, exit clearance, etc

2. Manage leave administration, medical claims, and process staff insurance claims

4. Administer training related matters

5. Update staff movement in HR database

6. Update Organisation chart and reporting structure

7. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.

8. Process HR related orders in SAP system

9. Organise, involve and lead HR activities in Stewardship, recreational, wellness, engagement etc.

10. Represent HR in Recreation Committee and participate actively in HR activities.

11. Make HR announcement such as new hire, promotion, covid-19, etc

12. Assist in implementation and maintenance of latest COVID safe management measures

13. Day-to-day HR operations & office administrative functions

14. Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required.

15. Arrangement of Company Transport

16. Replenishment of Pantry items & Stationaries

17. Creation of Staff Pass

18. Participate in ISO Audit by preparing necessary documents requested by auditor.

19. Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required

**Skills/Requirements**

**Qualifications / Requirements**

Diploma/ GCE “O” level / ITE or equivalent with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience.

Possess effective communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and relate well to others

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details

Able to work in a team and keep confidentiality

Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with pro-active attitude

Experience in Timesoft payroll & leave system will be an added advantage
