**Primary Function** The APAC Immigration Specialist is a fast-paced role to deliver efficient, consultative and partnership to HR Members, Employees, Businesses, and partners with immigration vendors to support Citi immigration service delivery model covering a broad range of visa services to ensure compliance including (but not limited to) work visa (cross border and local foreign hire), dependent visa, training visa and tracking and renewals, and more. Conduct best practices in order to ensure compliance and that policies and regulatory requirements are consistently met with efficiency and transparency around the processes to deliver client-centric services with consistent focus on risk and compliance. **Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day administration and operations of the regional immigration program of specified APAC locations - Advise HR stakeholders, business managers, employees of country immigration regulations, policies, procedures and appropriate next steps, as required. - Partner with HR stakeholders and/or vendors to provide consultative advice on complex immigration issues / cases. - Work closely with immigration vendor to be informed of and familiar with any new / updates to country immigration regulations and changes to processes. - Leverage vendor relationships to deliver solutions / proposals to global cross border immigration challenges faced by the company. - Manage, maintain and review data reports / trackers to ensure timely and accurate reporting to respective HR stakeholders and immigration authorities as required. **Core Competencies** - Subject matter expertise, extensive immigration, relocation and program management experience in APAC. - Successful track record of partnering with all levels of clients and partners (HRBPs, Talent Acquisitions, HRSS, Mobility Specialists, Business leaders, etc.). - Ability to approach immigration with an innovative lens that strategically supports business need, development, and growth whilst ensuring compliance to regulations and mitigate risk for the franchise. - Proficiency in core professional skills including attention to detail, follow-through, flexibility, and handling confidential information appropriately and professionally. - Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and handle multiple service requests of various nature simultaneously. - Able to work independently within a remote regional team as well as partnering with a team / HR stakeholders in a fast-paced transforming environment. - Efficient and concise communication skills in both written and verbal. **Education/Experience Requirement** - Previous immigration experience (at least 3-5 years preferred) with strong focus in APAC region. - In-depth knowledge on APAC immigration regulations and laws. - Strong IT skills including Outlook, MS Word, Excel. - Ability to create, run and review reporting data to provide data analysis, as required. - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Global Mobility - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
