APAC HR Specialist (Immigration & Work Pass ) | 1 year contract Overview About the Role: Join our Global Mobility Service team, where we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the mobility process. We strive to simplify and enhance processes, ensuring employees feel supported and empowered during their relocation journey. Responsibilities Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders. Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management. Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations. Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience. Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases. Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Analytical Ability: Strong skills in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and resolving discrepancies. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in identifying and correcting errors in large datasets. Data Handling Expertise: Experience in data cleanup, migration, and validation. Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Lark, or BI Table to enhance productivity. Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
