We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Immigration Manager to help quickly grow our business in Singapore

Position Duties
- Be a key driver in the digitisation of immigration services
- Day-to-day management of the Immigration Services team, including guiding and training team members
- Provide advice and support to facilitate compliance with the Singapore Immigration requirements
- Interact with prospects and clients to identify visa / immigration needs and adhere to Key Performance Indicators and ensure professional delivery of immigration services
- Work alongside our Operations, Product, Business Development and Customer Success Teams team to conduct user research and develop user journey maps to optimise the immigration user experience

**Requirements**:

- Ability to approach immigration with an innovative lens that strategically supports business development and growth whilst ensuring complianceProfessional client communication and client services
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes across the APAC region
- MOM (Ministry of Manpower) Singapore inbound visa/immigration knowledge

- Familiarity with Humans Resources and Expatriate Management
- Ability to build strong professional relationships internally and externally
