A fantastic opportunity is available for a professional Immigration Manager to join our global client based in Singapore.
We are seeking a professional, driven people leader with a proven record of accomplishment in Singapore Immigration services.
This position is crucial to the growth of the immigration service business because it forges long-lasting bonds with customers, suppliers, and the government, incorporates these endeavours into the immigration team, and expands the capacity and scope of the service we offer.
**Key Responsibilities of the Immigration Department Manager but not limited to**:
- Ensure that clients receive expert, timely, and accurate migration advice and support about available visas and other relevant immigration-related issues.
- Full management of the Immigration services department, ensuring each team member is reaching their goals.
- Directly manage Immigration Consultants and Coordinators.
- Conduct independent research and ensure interpretation of processes and policies as required.
- Achieve applicable KPIs by ensuring that CSAT is operationally supportive.
- Identify and understand global industry trends and create targeted program-specific goals and initiatives.
- Engage and partner with global networks to deliver innovative and efficient processes for high-quality international immigration solutions.
- Responsible for hiring staff, provide training and mentoring.
- Manage 3rd party vendors ensuring a high level of service is provided.
- Provide guidance and advice on immigration policies, legislation, and impact.
- Participate in client review meetings and oversee client invoicing.
- Provide clients and regional teams with immigration service advice.
- Provide feedback to the RFP submissions.
- Ensure to receive and produce current immigration updates and notifications within 24 hours of publication.
**Key skills and experience required but not limited to**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the Immigration sector with at least 3 years as a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR, or Business (or similar).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong people leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage projects.
- Adaptability to change with a professional and analytical approach to business.
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Natural team player with previous people management experience, leading and managing a team.
- Experience working in an international, matrix organisation would be advantageous.
