**Role Overview**:
As an **Immigration Consultant**, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their immigration journey. This is a hybrid role that combines client advisory, sales, and operational responsibilities. You will guide clients through various immigration processes, ensure smooth documentation and submissions, and help drive business growth through lead generation and service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Advisory & Immigration Support**:

- Provide clear, informed guidance on Singapore immigration procedures and eligibility criteria.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients (individuals and corporations) through referrals, leads, or networking efforts.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Director.Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for potential clients.

**Operations & Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of client information and case progress.

**Digital Engagement (Optional)**:

- Leverage social media platforms to generate leads and build brand visibility.
- Respond to enquiries received via digital channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with the marketing team to support promotional efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in immigration consultancy, client service, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple client cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
