(Candidates who are available immediately or require short notice is advantageous)If you wish to develop an exciting career journey with us, we want youJob Requirements Candidate must possess at least N/O level, Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Good command of English and Mandarin required as you will need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients. No experience required, Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply, as training will be provided Working experience in the related field is a Bonus. Required Skill(s): Skills - MS Office, PDF Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Well-groomed and professional Job Responsibilities (You will be assisting under our Operations Department and your assigned job responsibilities will be (not limited to) as follows:)Administrative duties. Collate, Sort, Sequence critical documents required for Clients Coordinate work with co-workers to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met. Improve and revise content to client's satisfaction. Comfortable to meet clients (in office) to cross check documents and submissions. Provide expertise advices to clients. (Training provided)Research on extracted information. Assist in any other projects as assigned by Management Candidates who are available immediately or require short notice is advantageous.
