Job Title: Immigration Associate Consultant

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Immigration Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining effective client relations and ensuring the smooth operation of our consultancy firm. Your primary responsibilities will include managing communications with potential and existing clients, coordinating appointments, and providing support during consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Coordination: Proactively call and engage with fresh inquiries to set appointments. Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments through phone communication.
- Consultation Support: Sit in during consultations with the Senior Consultant to accurately collate minutes and assist in managing the consultation process.
- Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard clients who have agreed to our services, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive start to their experience.
- Client Interaction: Handle ad-hoc and scheduled consultations with clients, address client inquiries, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and enhance client service delivery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
