Description du poste **Summary**: - TFI/ BOI team is responsible for the integration of Finastra TI+ solution in the CACIB ecosytem, the inhouse development for Front and Back office trade and maintenance. In addition the team is responsible of the continuous improvement of TI+ and specifics developments. - As part of transversal responsibilities, the head of BOI will also ensure in conjugation with TFI section head that best development practices are followed across his/her team in areas of DevOps, design, dev tooling, code quality, monitoring, frameworks, HR management. - The profile is directly reporting to the head of TFI section. **Main responsibilities**: - Supervise and oversee BOI Team activities according Lean practices. - Ensure the implementation of best practices and tooling within BOI team. - Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team in order to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones. - Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken. - Ensure team’s activity adherence to bank’s policy and standards. - Actively participate/contribute to GIT Paris/ISAP governance for his domain. - Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his/her customers and put efforts to maintain and improve it. - Continuously monitor the quality of the deliveries and the quality of service. - Evaluate staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan according Lean management (Go&See, development plan, feedbacks). - People Management: Recruitments, motivation and career, coaching and mentoring staffs. - Continuous improvement of projects, run and budget. **Main duties**: - Project Management - People Management - DevOps - Lean management - Permanent control - RUN management- - Poste avec management Non - Niveau d'étude minimum Bac + 3 / L3 - Formation / Spécialisation Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 2 years of experience as Manager (Management of > 10 person) - Overall IT working experience: > 6-7 years. 5 Years of Banking experience - 5 Years of hands-on experience - Niveau d'expérience minimum 6 - 10 ans - Soft skills - Excellent analytical skills - Excellent oral and written communication - Strong team player - English fluent. Good people management, mentoring and coaching skills - Outils informatiques - Strong experience of a Corporate Banking industry and especially on Trade Finance - Strong experience on Trade Finance IT project (Vendor integration). Experience on Finastra TI+ is a plus. Strong Functional and Technical knowledge on Corporate Trade Finance solution - Strong skillset of project management practices (Agile). PMP, Prince2 certification is a plus. Strong experience of Agile (Scrum, Lean Start-Up, Safe,) principles - Strong experience of Human resource management (Skill development, Career management) - Strong experience on software engineering, CI/CD and testing factory tool (Cucumber, Selenium,); - Good knowledge on Domain Driven Design and Domain Driven Data Architecture in a large Business program; - Good knowledge Java and.Net skills with a standard market framework of development (Spring, Rest, Spring Boot); - Good knowledge on UI development (React, Angular, Vue.js,).
