**Responsibilities**:

- To have ownership of a multiple of key business initiatives, internal control and governance.
- To catch up with the internal and external requirement on climate agenda / sustainable agenda and support the embedment of the ESG culture.
- To coordinate logistics of key ceremonies or high-level customer meetings.
- To deep dive into the strategy of country by country corporate banking business, especially for the Singapore corporate banking business.
- To build up regular communication channel with local country corporate banking teams across APAC for the effective information sharing.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of financial/management accounting and banking regulations within Asian countries
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate banking, preferably with Japanese banking experience.
- Experience in managing top-tier Western/Asian Multinational corporations and living within Asian countries
- Excellent banking skills including credit analysis
- Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as the role will be assisting to prepare reports in Japanese and coordinate with the Tokyo Head Office
- Ability to communicate with people of various backgrounds
- Experience in leading teams with other countries
- Teamwork, Leadership, and Responsibility
- Abiity to work under pressure and attention to the details
