Bukit Panjang, Singapore MindChamps Allied Care Svcs Full time

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
a. Able to work on Saturdays (full day) and 4 weekdays

b. Works with all team members to ensure that each understands their job description, the desired results associated with their work, and the resources available to achieve the results

c. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain fruitful and meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure best service delivery and outcomes

d. Trains and develops team members to ensure they can perform their duties

e. Plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance rewards and disciplines employees

f. Addresses complaints and resolves problems

g. Ensures the Therapy Centre operates in a high-quality manner at all times

h. Tracks timesheets, scheduling and coordinating of staff

i. Supervises students for internships/externships and delegates authority and responsibility, if applicable

j. Provides weekly communication to Allied Care HQ, ensuring that information, reports, and materials are provided, to clearly describe Therapy Centre activities and progress toward agreed upon objectives

k. Oversees Allied Care inventory

l. Attends all staff or other special meetings as requested

m. Collaborates with Therapists, Psychologists and Allied Care HQ to establish policies and procedures for Therapy Centre operations

n. Be available to staff to respond to emergencies and answer questions

o. Completes appropriate paperwork to comply with insurance and reimbursement guidelines

p. Completes all documentation and paperwork within time constraints posed by various entities

q. Ensures compliance with standards, laws and regulations as directed by regulatory and accrediting organisations

r. Performs other appropriate duties as requested by Therapists / Psychologists /Allied Care HQ

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
