**Role & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Centre Manager of the newly opened REACH Senior Care Centre in Senja, the Therapy Assistant will be responsible for the following key areas:

- Providing support to the Therapists before, during, and after therapy sessions.
- Supporting related administration and operations of the Centre.
- Assist in toileting when necessary.
- Maintain and update client files, track client non-attendance and do follow-up calls as needed.
- Perform administrative duties including documentation of all activities conducted.
- Update monthly activity attendance and display weekly activity schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of therapy areas.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Healthcare Management or any other similar discipline, or Certificate in Therapy Services (HMI or CSM Institutes), or WSQ Certification in Therapy Support.
- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Diligent, flexible, takes initiative, and possesses passion to care for Seniors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,790.00 - $2,100.00 per month
