**Responsibilities**:
- The incumbent will support the Talent Management Team in the execution of end-to-end activities in Talent Mobility and Talent Acquisition (Early Careers / Internship)
- Maintain good stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors in providing support and advice on Talent Mobility and Talent Acquisition (Early Careers / Internship) matters and ensuring the delivery of excellent service quality
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, relevant laws, and legislation
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines
**Talent Mobility**
- Provide Mobility policy interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders and APAC (excluding Japan) employees
- Facilitate publicity and reporting for APAC’s mobility programs
- Partner external vendor to support internal stakeholders on international assignments and transfers of identified talents, including but not limited to preparation of cost estimates, Cost of Living Allowance review, liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR system is updated timely
**Talent Acquisition (Early Careers / Internship)**
- Provide end-to-end support of early careers programme for Singapore (e.g., internship)
- Develop and execute the internship program in Singapore, including recruitment, placement, and onboarding activities
- Support vendor outsourcing process for Talent Management Team
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree qualified
- Minimally 2 years of Talent Mobility / Acquisition (Early Careers / Internship) experience
- Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other department
- Good communication skills with ability to influence others and sell HR solutions
- Good understanding of HR disciplines including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Identification & Development and Mobility will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Excel including Pivot table, VLookup and basic formulas
- Resourcefulness
- Self-driven, willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
