- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Source talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
 Handle work‑pass / employment pass applications, renewals and cancellations; ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of related experience in construction field
