As a GP Talent Management and Communications Business Data Analyst at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for driving the analytics, data and information necessary to achieve departmental and organizational strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts to source, store, and share talent development and communications data, while ensuring these sensitive data are appropriately handled and secured. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives across the talent development and communication teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate with your team members and stakeholders across Micron’s global sites to enable talent development program efficacy and Global Procurement corporate communications engagement. Success in this role will see you developing and implementing actionable insights that empower the talent development and communication teams to achieve business objectives that align with business goals and lead the development of technical solutions between multiple parties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Insights and Benchmarking, Tools & Technology, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Formulate talent development and communication reports and visual dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with team to understand reporting and data visualization needs, and iteratively improve available analytics.
- Provide oversight to team members to ensure data integrity and accessibility and partner with IT, BI, Fin, HR, and GP.
- Provide guidance on continuous improvement, problem-solving, benchmarking and solution development efforts across the team.
- Evaluate data and information to identify talent development opportunities and deliver recommendations to support strategic direction.
- Establish process and reporting standards for handling data, visuals, and reports within the team.
- Guide the team in monitoring key internal metrics, evaluating organizational skill trends and communication channel engagement trends.
- Developing a reporting and analytics stack to derive talent development and communications insights and track performance.

Business Partnering
- Drive positive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Actively engage with talent development and communications leadership and cross-functional partners, working together to design and implement plans into tangible results.
- Clearly establish the value of high quality talent development and communications data with cross-functional business partners and key stakeholders.
