**Payroll & Benefits Services**:
- Oversee the end to end payroll processes across South East Asia, including but not limit to timely and accurate payroll processing, employee data accuracy, process control improvements
- Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and processes
- Deploy/develop/customize and execute HRIS, tools, techniques, guidelines, and training to facilitate the performance management and benefits administration processes
- Drives process optimization and automation, administer the HRIS and review the system to improve users’ experience
- Manage payroll and benefits-related vendors (e.g. insurance partner, personnel tax consultant, etc) in various countries
- Oversee effective security access to personnel data to mitigate risk, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard data integrity
- Ensure the fulfillment of all governmental regulatory mandates (monthly contributions and yearly tax filling, etc)
- Participate yearly/ad hoc auditing
- Advisory and educate employee on C&B/payroll matters
**Compensation Subject Expert**:
- Periodical review of compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures, including but not limited to job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary levels/structures, for all employees and benefits administration across Southeast Asia
- Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR-related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company’s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
- Develop an good understanding of business strategies and translate these business priorities into C&B strategy
- Ensure C&B programs meets internal equity, external market competitiveness as well as legal requirements and compliance regulations
- Lead the annual salary review, promotion exercise and bonus payout processes throughout Southeast Asia
- Facilitate off cycle/ad hoc compensation proposal reviews and the approval process
- Participate in annual budget planning
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and a diverse variety of HR projects or initiatives if needed
Job Specifications:
- Track record and experience in C&B design and performance management in a complex, and multifunctional organization
- Strong knowledge of countries laws and regulations and best practices regarding compensation and benefit plan & performance management
- Meticulous, team player, hardworking, logical conceptual skills to design competitive C&B program, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment and under time pressure
- Enjoy working with numbers and familiar with data analytics
- Effective presentation, consulting, and interpersonal building skills
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation, communication and writing skills
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation
- Time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cornerstone, Prosoft are advantageous
