**Job Description Summary**

About the role
- Maintain a significant, visible and respected Client Services presence within the PDS structure in Asia Pacific focusing on the market facing and winning work activity for PDS Key Accounts Programme.
- Work closely with PDS leadership and other Client Services sales team members to provide support in strategic sales activity.
- Work with PDS Regional Senior Director and/or other Key Accounts leadership in developing, contributing and responding to client Requests for Proposals as they occur. Working with PDS Client Services counterparts in other Cushman & Wakefield divisions in Asia Pacific, and as required with counterparts in Europe and United States.
- Collaborate with an impactful network of personnel across Asia Pacific region responsible for day to day in-country business development activity.
- Collect, maintain and analyse data on the Engage CRM platform for sales performance of PDS Key Accounts.
- Develop and maintain material held within ONEPDS Sharepoint and Synapse sites.
- Contribute and assist in the development of market facing collateral such as capability statements, presentation decks and ad hoc market facing initiatives including case study development during and at project completions.
- Contribute and assist in the development of internal promotion activity and external social media presence focusing on the amplifying the digital awareness of PDS Project Management for Occupiers within the PDS Key Accounts Programme.
- Maintain awareness of new industry developments, the external competitive landscape, opportunities for growth, client trends and market dynamics.
- Actively advocate the Better Never Settles ethos across the PDS service line and to wider Cushman & Wakefield service lines.

About you
- 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the built environment, infrastructure and/or other mission critical type industries.
- 10+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
- Knowledge and track record in Key Account client and new business development.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex bid submissions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels.
