**Role: Senior Accountants**

**The key responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and conduct financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and efficiently manage working capital.
- Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Reconcile financial accounts and post journal entries as required.
- Assist in budget development, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead the consolidation of financial data from multiple business units and prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Develop and maintain segmental reporting frameworks and collaborate with production and engineering teams for accurate cost allocation and inventory valuation.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
- Any other adhoc task

**Key Skillsets and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and tax regulations, including GST.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel (automation / AI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable, tenacious, self starter and self reliant
