**Key Accountabilities**
- Fully responsible for development eCommerce (marketplaces, owned sites): UX, features, payment modules, localisation, partner integrations
- Owns the sales funnel - from Awareness to Purchase. Drives budget to boost awareness and sales & streamlines campaigns across channels
- Tracks and monitors performance with creative approaches to optimising ROI and user acquisition costs
- Actively troubleshoots problems (conversion, traffic, awareness) and develops strategies to resolve roadblocks
- Manages logistics - order processing
- Actively involved with social listening to drive the eCommerce strategy
- Account management towards existing platforms - listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimisation, third party engagements
- Business development for new platforms - proactively seeking expansion to develop national/regional/global coverage

**Key attributes**:

- 5~6 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing gained from a consumer brand, eCommerce provider or marketing agency
- Working knowledge of eCommerce business model and eCommerce platforms (Shopify/ Magenta / Wix)
- Metrics/ROI driven and knows how to generate leads & track to close the loop
- Understanding of Consumer/Shopper sentiments, using analytical skills and insights
- Passionate about and sensitive to current eCommerce trends
- Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of work prioritization
- Sensitive to numbers, with an analytical mind and strong business acumen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
