**Job description**
- Ensure that employee’s information is up to date and regularly maintained in the system.
- Tracking and monitor employees’ attendance, leave and claims.
- Assist to prepare monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
- Maintain and upkeep all HR related documents, Basic Food Hygiene, records and report in an organized manner. Provide administrative support to the team.
- Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of HR work experience
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Meticulous and positive attitude
- Possess proactive personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a sense of urgency
