  • Arrange 6-monthly medical checks for female Work Pass holders.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding & offboarding, including medicals, access cards, and account setups.

  • Administer staff welfare, benefits, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in policy updates.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with HR documentation and recruitment processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • HRIS knowledge is a plus.
