**Job Summary**:
This position will work on factory standardization, Production KPIs. He/She is responsible to lead & track the Continuous Improvement activities. Engage and assist LOB identify and select continuous improvement projects that have high impact in terms of value-add, efficiency and/or cost savings.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead / Coach / Facilitate Improvement Projects - Drive factory initiatives to identify, implement and maintain sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
- Drive a sustainable Cost Reduction Program. Support and facilitate Annual Manufacturing Analysis Workshop and Annual Strategic Goals Workshop for leaders.
- Facilitate and track cost KPI enablers. Strong data validation skills.
- Drive ICCM (In Control, Capable and Maintain), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), SFM (Shop Floor Management), MMS (Material Management System) programs and initiatives with relevant organization stakeholders
- Drive Value Stream Mapping and improvements. Lead VSM and implement business impactful initiatives to improve organization key value streams
- Work closely with site leaders on factory standardization, production KPIs etc
- Collaborate with global sustainability practice contributing to thought leadership, offerings and methodologies bring global best practices into UCT

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong experience with Lean and ICCM (In Control, Capable and Maintain), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), SFM (Shop Floor Management), MMS (Material Management System) programs and value stream mapping tools.
- Data analysis & problem-solving skills, change management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills (oral, written and listening).
- Ability to drive clear results and guide others towards a business objective regardless of reporting structure
- Ability to intake high-level business needs and translate them into specification requirements and an executable plan
- Ability to develop and implement project standards and governance framework

**Educational/Certification Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- PMP certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

**Experience Requirement**:
**Work Experience**:

- 10 years experience and proven record
- Operations (Process, Equipment, Manufacturing) experience with semiconductor will be advantageous.
