This position reports to the company director and interfaces with Organisation managers. **Specific Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing a sales strategy to support the organization's sales goal and objectives.
- Collaborating with sales teams and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and to create customized solutions and proposals
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resources and to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.

**Competencies**:

- Active participation in strategic planning process, including sales goals, strategy, objectives and processes
- How to understand customers and better negotiation
- Gain experience with strategic planning for budgets and resources and negotiate with vendor for better price
