We are seeking an IT Ops and Incident Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the effective management of incidents within our IT environment.

**A brief summary of your job responsibility**:

- Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to services.
- Coordinate with various teams to efficiently manage incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Define and implement operational standards, best practices, and procedures for incident management.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to improve processes and prevent recurrence of incidents.
- Monitor system performance and availability, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Lead IT operations activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Work with senior management to report on incident trends, service performance, and improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the ops and incident management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and incident management roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and certification, preferably ITIL v3 or v4.
- Experience with incident management tools and IT service management software.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security principles, and operational risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
