Job Description;
Our Client an International EPC Company are looking for a Human Resources Director to join them on a Permanent basis in their offices in Singapore. The role will be offered with a negotiable salary and attractive benefits package.

Job Overview;
As HR Director you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective human resources strategies to enhance the Company's overall strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities;
Drive the development and implementation of HR Strategies, policies, practices, and programmes to meet the Company's values, transformational needs, and growth objectives

Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain our talents

Advising HODS and HR teams on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.

Serving as the Group HR Head for different Business organisations offering end-to-end HR business support to the Heads and Businesses

Qualifications and Experience;
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

At least 15 years of relevant working experience with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

Good knowledge of local labor legislation and statutory laws

Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Proficient in analyzing data and good with numbers

Must have the right to work in Singapore as no Visa Sponsorship will be offered.
