We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions. We are seeking a dynamic Group HR Director to lead strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and global talent management across its multinational operations. Key Responsibilities Develop HR policies and systems across recruitment, performance, training, and compensation. Advise top management on organizational design and human capital strategy. Oversee HR governance and compliance across all subsidiaries. Lead HR teams to deliver consistent practices and talent pipelines. Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. 10+ years in HR management within manufacturing/FMCG, with 5+ in leadership. Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
