**The Position - Group Human Resource Director**

This Senior Leadership human capital (HR) role, based in Singapore HQ, requires an effective leader with the experience to build teams and work across functions in a manufacturing environment. This role, reports directly to the CEO of the Group, will work closely with business leaders/ leadership team(s) to deploy people programs and provide strategic HR Partner guidance and support to the local HR teams globally.

The Role’s requirements are summarised as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Develop corporate plans for all HR matters.
- Oversee all HR initiatives and systems
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- Ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in human resource, business administration or relevant field
- At least 5 Years’ Experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to successfully manage HR teams in multiple sites globally.
- Possess strong business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a matrix environment.
- Experience in listed entities, strong international exposure especially in relocation and expatriate management.
