**Brief Description**

The **Research and Programmes Executive (Workplace Well-Being)**will play a crucial role in driving the **_design, implementation, and evaluation _**of workplace well-being programmes and projects.

**Responsibilities**
- **Design**impact-driven workplace well-being programmes or projects
- **Implement**workplace well-being programmes or projects, which includes but not limited to managing and training our trainers to deliver impact-driven workplace well-being programmes
- **Evaluate**the impact of workplace well-being programmes and projects, including preparing and presenting Impact Reports
- **Drive innovation**to improve the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes and projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology
- Possess interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
- At least 1 year of experience in workplace well-being design, implementation, and evaluation

**Selection Process**

Please take note that there will be at least 3 interviews if selected:

- 1st interview (Virtual) (30 mins) - A chat to get to know each other better
- 2nd interview (Physical) (3 hours) - A pre-interview task will be required to be completed before the interview. You will be proposing programmes and experiencing programme implementation
- 3rd interview (Physical) (1 hour) - You will explore your person-organisation fit
