The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and executing some of the programme office?s operations and partnerships. Applicants should be driven, passionate about Med-/HealthTech, able to deliver within strict timelines, and have some experience with project/programme management. The role requires a team player who enjoys a dynamic working environment, and provides the opportunity to work with local and international Med-/HealthTech partners in the Singapore Biodesign network. **Responsibilities**: - Execute and manage programme operations - Management of Fellowships programming and support Fellowship Heads - Support local and international partnerships - Prepare partnership agreements and contracts - Interface with Finance, HR and Legal - Project-manage small-scale prototyping innovation projects - Support curriculum development for SB?s training initiatives - Support SB training initiatives **Qualifications**: - At least a Bachelor?s Degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical or Software Engineering preferred) - 5 years of experience in industry/ research/ healthcare clusters, >5 years of experience in MedTech/ healthcare industry preferred - Experience with MS office (Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) - Experience in handling legal agreements and stakeholder relationships - Experience with writing/publications - Strong communication and excellent writing skills - Excellent listening, writing, presentation, organizational and relationship building skills required - Enjoy working in a small team, start-up talent development environment **Type of Employment**: Full-Time **Minimum Experience**: 5 Years **Work Location**: Others
