Description Overview Marketing Associate - Singapore SBS Business Development (Entry-Level) at Shopee. The Marketing Projects team is responsible for driving brand development and buyer growth through strategic marketing initiatives for Shopee's Retail business. This role involves high ownership in developing and executing activities that drive traffic and buyers, offering exposure for motivated individuals in a fast-paced environment to impact commercial objectives and sharpen marketing and project management skills. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy, Budgeting and Reporting: Develop buyer growth strategies for Retail Brand(s) and oversee programmes including Campaigns, Paid Ads, Vouchers, CRM, Affiliate Marketing and others; manage marketing budget, track initiative performance and optimise ROI; understand competitive landscape and buyer behaviour of assigned brands. Campaign Management: Lead development of the Retail Brand(s) marketing calendar, including campaign planning and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Big Campaigns and Retail Merchandising. Price-Related Mechanism (PRM) Management: Manage shop voucher budgeting and optimise mechanics to drive commercial objectives; manage Shopee Ads strategy and lead execution to drive objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage insights based on CRM objectives and determine action plans to optimise based on buyer segments. Marketing Solutions: Craft and manage Marketing Solutions programmes to monetise assets and drive revenue; coordinate with Retail Merchandising to ensure partners meet package requirements and fulfil obligations. Commercial Projects: Assist with ad hoc commercial projects to improve buyer experience and conversions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Internship / past experience or knowledge in relevant industry such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel and Google Sheets Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexible to adapt to new challenges and changes Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions and influence senior stakeholders Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, Business Development, and Strategy/Planning Industries: Internet Marketplace Platforms and Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Shopee by 2x.
