SingHealth-Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme in Singapore is looking for a full-time Research Programme Executive with the relevant experience to support the EmPaTHy Programme in research administrative matters.
- The EmPaTHy Programme aims to leverage on technology to transform delivery of patient care in primary care by focusing on preventive care, data-driven precision medicine, and people-centred care. The Programme will conduct research and training related to people-centred care and digital health, and translate the research findings into clinical practice.
- The Programme executive will work closely with the EmPaTHy Programme Lead and SHP Research Department administration to ensure successful execution of research related administrative tasks under the EmPaTHy Programme.-
- Assist the Principal Investigators to prepare the grant proposals
- Administration of internal grant reviews
- Management of post-grant award matters e.g. budget revision, cashflow projections, claims, variation, extension, progress reports etc
- Management of the grant finance system
- Create new grants on the finance system
- Monitor grant budget and utilization
- Correspond with IT to trouble-shoot system-related issues
- Performance of secretariat role
- Coordinate research-related meetings
- Prepare meeting materials
- Record minutes
- Follow-up on matters arising from the meetings
- Organization and implementation of research related events/ initiatives.
- Research talks
- Research symposia
- Research training and workshops
- Research conferences
- Coordination of the staff employment process
- Prepare new staff employment documents
- Facilitate the staff appointment process
- Collation and updating of the Research Dashboard
- Compile and gather inputs from research teams and clinicians
- Obtain publication and grant information from public sources
- Facilitate key performance indicators tracking
- Draft progress reports
- Maintaining, drafting and updating of the research publicity media
- Internet and intranet web portal
- Hardcopy publicity posters
- Formulate, maintain and implement research-related policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Work with SingHealth’s Legal department to
- Facilitate the drafting of project agreements with external collaborators
- Handle legal-related queries raised by our Principal Investigators
- Correspond with relevant research agencies/ personnel and other stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, Life Science, Pharmacy or other related disciplines
- Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills.
- A team player who is able to prioritize, multi-task and work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Have experience working in the research setting will be an added advantage.
