The A*STAR Skin Research Labs (A*SRL) Fellowship Programme aims to identify, mentor and nurture aspiring researchers in the field of skin research. The programme provides exceptionally talented and promising scientists, with a background in skin research or related areas, the opportunity to set up and independently run their own research projects.

A*SRL aims to create a translation-focused, clinically oriented, technology-proving, interdisciplinary skin R&D environment that increases its capacity to interact with industry partners and the clinical community, thus translating into better healthcare outcomes for patients with skin disorders.

- Inflammatory Skin Diseases
- Skin Aging & Pigmentation
- Asian Skin Microbiome
- Wound Healing
- Skin Technology Platforms
- Skin Health Tech & Nutrition

**Job Description**:

- Develop and run independent research programmes that enhance the research portfolio of A*SRL, under the direction of the Executive Director and Programme
- Present research achievements at internal/external seminars and conferences
- Aggressively seek industry/clinical collaborative opportunities

Job Requirements
- PhD with minimum 5 years' post-PhD research experience
- Proven experience in management of a team and experience in developing strategies, plans and grants writing
- Strong understanding of finance and key performance indicators
- Analytical mind for innovativeness and complex problem solving
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
