Join to apply for the Senior Research Fellow (LKCMedicine)role at Nanyang Technological University Singapore 1 year ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Senior Research Fellow (LKCMedicine)role at Nanyang Technological University Singapore We are currently recruiting a Senior Research Fellow to join the laboratory of Professor Lim Kah Leong at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), a joint medical school between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Imperial College London. The candidate will be leading a project that seeks to develop human umbilical cord-lining derived induced pluripotent stem cells (CLiPS) as a universal source of cells for regenerative medicine for Parkinson's Disease. Job Requirements PhD in Biological Sciences or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience as research fellow in the field of neuroscience/ neurobiology Deep knowledge and interest in neuroscience and regenerative medicine. Strong research experience and relevant skill sets in biomedical sciences (genomics, cell biology, molecular biology, animal handling, etc.). Experience in non-human primate studies is preferred. Experience in mentoring and training junior researchers. Highly motivated and independent researcher with enthusiasm for research. Strong team player with excellent organizational, communication and time management skills Strong motivation and leadership in pursuing challenging scientific questions.
